Confidence coaching can be life changing. Quite a statement, I know! But it’s true. It can help you uncover limiting beliefs that are holding you back (we all have them!), reconnect with who you are now and help you to build a toolkit to maintain your confidence levels moving forwards.
In short, you can be the you that you were meant to be. Which means feeling more confident as a parent, more confident at work, more confident in your relationships and most importantly – happier in your own skin.
1:1 coaching sessions
Build your confidence on my 1:1 coaching programme, 12 Weeks to Confidence.
Once you book your sessions (after your Discovery Call, see below), I will send you a questionnaire, which helps me learn a little bit more about you and will form the basis of our first session together.
You will have 6 x 1 hour coaching sessions that will take place over Zoom every other week, but I will be on hand for support between the calls, as well as weekly check-ins to keep you on track and accountable. I’ll be like the cheerleader in your pocket, holding your hand and supporting you all the way.
The 3 Pillars of Confidence
I will help you to work on the 3 Pillars of Confidence – being able to know, like and trust yourself. These are key to building your self-esteem.
- Explore your ideas around confidence
- Discover who you are now (not who you think you should be),
- Uncover the limiting beliefs that are holding you back (we all have them!)
- Work through some exercises that will help you shift your mindset from ‘no I can’t!’ to ‘Yes I can!!
- Explore any challenges that come up for you
- Set achievable goals
- Create a bespoke confidence tool kit of tips and strategies that you can use moving forwards.
Just imagine what you could do if fear wasn’t getting in the way..!
By the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll feel confident enough to:
- Trust in your own decisions
- Know who you really are (and love her!)
- Stop looking for external validation and know that you are more than enough
- Go for that new job
- Speak your mind without fear of judgement
- Be confident in your parenting
- Go for that dream you’ve been too scared to pursue
